Bharathamatha College is instituted under St. Thomas ashram Educational& Charitable Trust. This is a registered agency under the trust Act of Kerala Government.   The members will be the: Provincial superior of Preshitha Province, Education and Finance Councilors, Manger and Principal.

The trust is established with intention of running Bharathamatha College for the students of this area by providing them quality education in quality space.
