Bharathamatha College of Arts & Science is affiliated to the University of Calicut. Currently we have Nine courses in five different departments, namely Commerce; Management, Computer Science, Social work and English Literature. The admission to the college is under two categories as prescribed by the state government: Open Merit category as done through the university admission process and Management category as directly admitted by the college. In both cases the student must be enrolled with the university admission website and should have a CAP ID.

The process of admission is as follows

• You can apply under OPEN seat category or Management category. The Open seat, merit seats are decided by the University ranking system.
• You must register online under Calicut university admission portal and create a CAP ID.
• While creating CAP ID, if you prefer to study in Bharathamatha College, you must choose BMC as your first choice.
• The Management seats will be decided based on the cut off marks and the number of applicants.
• To gain admission under management seat, you must personally apply in the college application form with the prescribed registration fee.
• There might be an entrance test conducted for the students applying under management seats to assess their academic standing.
• The Management admissions will begin from the end of MAY.
